With 11 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Nicki brings a strong and well-rounded healthcare background to her work in Advanced Foot Care. Her experience in residential care, acute brain injury and dementia support, educational instruction, and family practice has shaped the calm, attentive, and client-focused care she is known for today.
Nicki is passionate about helping clients feel more comfortable, confident, and cared for through professional foot care that supports both health and appearance. She believes in providing honest guidance, safe clinical care, and continued education to ensure each client receives thoughtful, high-quality treatment.

Billing, Insurance & Clinic Policies
Insurance & Receipts
KC Medical Foot Care does not have access to review individual benefit coverage and does not offer direct billing at this time. Please contact your insurance provider prior to your appointment to confirm your eligibility for foot care services.
Receipts are available through your Jane account and may be used for reimbursement or income tax purposes, where applicable.
Cancellations & Appointment Changes
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the following fee:
$50 for in-clinic appointments
$75 for mobile appointments
No-shows are subject to the full cost of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will be charged the full appointment fee and need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting the remainder of the clinic day.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of service. Accounts not settled the same day are subject to a $50 late payment fee. Clients with outstanding balances must bring their account up to date before booking or receiving further services.
Safe & Respectful Environment
KC Medical Foot Care is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional experience for every client and nurse.
Harassment, violence, threatening behaviour, or inappropriate conduct of any kind — including by phone, text, social media, or in person — will not be tolerated. If this occurs, the appointment or communication will be ended immediately and care discontinued.
Insurance & Receipts
