KC Medical has no authorization or access to view benefits for coverage for foot care and does not direct bill, check with your provider prior to your appointment
. Foot Care is a medical expense, login to your Jane account to view your receipts and submit for income tax at the end of the year.
KC Medical Policies are put in place to provide our clients with optimal care & service. Please read below our policies:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A no show and late cancellation leaves a hole in our foot care nurses day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, a $50 charge will be applied to changes to your appointment in less than 48 hours notice. Late Payments that are not paid on the same day of service, are subject to an additional $50.00 fee. For no shows, a full treatment cost will be charged. Services are not rendered for clients with outstanding balances. Arriving 10 minutes or later for appointments will result in a full service fee charge and will not be provided foot care service.
