I can’t give Nicki enough compliments for her expertise and professionalism! I went to one of those run-of-the-mill nail salons for a pedicure and my toenails were butchered. I ended up with such bad ingrown toenails that I couldn’t wear socks, let alone close toe shoes. I put up with this for months, hoping the ingrowns would correct themselves. But they didn’t. I knew a medical approach was the only way to go and found KC Medical. Being a new mom with a 3-month old makes going somewhere for a prolonged treatment difficult. I was grateful Nicki offered at home visits. Nicki arrived on time, fully prepared with all the tools needed to do the job. She is thorough in her examination and questions, she took time to understand my foot problems and provided me with a treatment plan on the spot. I have seen her twice now, once for the initial treatment and the second time for a follow up. After my first appointment, I felt immediate relief, though I knew I needed time for the damage to heal. And guess what?! I was able to wear socks again! At my second appointment, I told Nicki about the improvements and explained I was still having a hard time wearing close toe shoes. Nicki made some adjustments and boom! I was able to put on my runners and go for a long walk. My feet feel back to normal and I couldn’t be happier!! I highly recommend Nicki and believe everyone should get a medical pedicure at least once in their life. The care and treatment Nicki provides is exceptional.

Nicki is awesome!! I had some seriously messed up feet from training from a marathon. My big toe was completely black and dead and I was worried about the best way to get it off without damaging the new toenail growing underneath. Nicki was able to get my toenail off totally pain free and gave me a ton of tips for follow up care. Looking forward to my next appointment! Highly recommend!

I had a serious case of ingrown toe nails that I kept to the side for months and months to the point where it was painful to walk. I didn't want to wait for surgery and couldn't take time off of work to recover. I had a relative recommend Nicki for this issue and I couldn't be anymore happier. I had such great experience getting a medical pedicure. Her place was so clean and private. She educated me on why medical pedicures were so important for foot health. Nicki was kind and patiently answered all my questions. I took her advice on the products she provided in her shop and how I should care for my feet. I thought not wearing toe nail polish was going to be scary but I left with my feet feeling and looking so good. Im proud to not have to wear toe nail polish now and hide my feet.
